About Us

Demographics

Currently  there are over 5,200 residents; the vast majority are age 55 or better,  living in over 3,600 homes. As each month passes, there is a turnover  of a dozen or more homes in the community. Many of the new homeowners  are from outside the immediate area and finding new, local sources for  products and services ranks high on their lists of “must-have”  information.

Financially, this market offers opportunities for every conceivable  product and service for current homeowners and for new arrivals to the  area. The influx of resources by this demographic is dramatic. These  buyers eagerly search out reliable sources for their needs, to develop  beneficial relationships with those who communicate directly to them.  They then refer their experience to all those within their sphere of  influence.

SCCL Lifestyle

Whether rekindling an old passion or exploring new pursuits, the  lifestyle inspires and redefines a new phase of life, full of endless  possibilities. Social, recreational, educational and cultural  opportunity in addition to health and well-bing interests define these  active adults.
